Many of these activities offer more than simple entertainment; over time, they can also improve your mobility, your memory, your coordination, and your overall mood.

At St. Paul’s PACE East – El Cajon, we understand that the opportunity to socialize and bond with other people your own age is one of the most meaningful services we offer.
